Flowers, like people, have their own personalities and certain varieties of cut flowers will last longer than others in an arrangement. There are, however, a couple of key things you can do to extend the life and enjoyment of your flowers.
| Water is Life |
All of our arrangements are prepared with a special solution in the water to prolong the life of your flowers.
- Simply keep the container full by adding fresh water every day.
- For maximum longevity, re-cut the stems every two to three days by removing one to two inches with a sharp knife. This will remove any blockage in the stems and allow proper water uptake.

| Environment is Everything |
The #1 enemy of your freshly cut flowers is dehydration.
- Keep your arrangement in a cool place and out of direct sunlight.
- A temperature between 65 and 70 degrees is optimal.
- Keep your arrangement away from heating or cooling vents, fans, appliances, televisions or any other heat or draft source that will accelerate the dehydration process.
